本ポリシーについて
株式会社hyhome が開発・運用する hyhome 動画運用アシスタント は、契約した利用者向けの非公開の動画運用支援ツールです。一般の登録は受け付けていません。本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。Google プライバシーポリシー / Google Privacy Policyも適用されます。連携はGoogle セキュリティ設定 / Google security settingsからいつでも取り消せます。お問い合わせ：info@hyhome-inc.com。
取得する情報・利用目的
相談の本文、回答に必要な指定資料、AI の回答、処理状況を、相談への回答と重複処理の防止のために扱います。Google 連携では認証情報、チャンネル ID、handle の一致結果、確認時刻と権限の一致結果を、所有者と連携の有効性の確認のために扱います。チャンネルのタイトルや画像などの全体情報は保存しません。
Google の権限
youtube.force-ssl・yt-analytics.readonly の2権限への同意を求めますが、現段階では所有チャンネルの照合・認可の確認だけに使います。動画・コメントの取得や投稿、分析値の取得は行いません。
AI サービスでの処理・第三者への提供
相談への回答作成には、OpenAI（Codex）へ必要な相談文・資料を送ります。利用できない場合は Anthropic（Claude）が代わりに処理します。Google の認証情報は AI に送りません。担当者は運用・問い合わせ対応・安全確認のために必要な範囲で閲覧します。情報を販売したり広告配信に利用したりしません。YouTube API サービスから得た情報を汎用的な AI モデルの開発・学習のために使用・提供しません。
保存場所と管理
相談と回答は非公開の Lark と当社が管理する端末の処理台帳に保存します。Google 認証情報と連携確認の控えは当社が管理する端末の、本ツール用の非公開領域（所有者のみ読み書き可）に保存します。Google 認証情報を GitHub や公開ページに保存しません。公開ページは Vercel が配信し、通信時に IP アドレス等の技術情報を扱います。Vercel のプライバシーポリシー
保存期間と削除
相談文・資料・回答・処理の控えは、契約に基づく運用と履歴の確認に必要な間保存します。現時点では一律の日数による自動削除は行いません。削除は下記窓口で受け付けます。同じ管理端末に暗号化バックアップを保存し、31日を過ぎたものを定期的に整理します。ただし復元のため直近7世代は残すため、31日を超えて保持する場合があります。削除依頼への対応ではこの写しも確認します。
Google の認証情報と確認結果は連携の管理に必要な間保持します。認可の有効性を定期的に確認します（30日以内ごと）。一時的な通信失敗だけでは取り消しと判定しません。Google 連携の取り消し・削除の依頼は下記窓口で受け付けます。本人の依頼を確認し、責任者が承認後、Google 側の無効化と端末上の認証情報・確認結果・見つかった写しの削除を行います。依頼による認可データの削除期限は7日以内、Google 設定からの取り消しの場合は30日以内です。削除の完了は各保存先を確認して判断します。相談の記録の削除も窓口へご相談ください。削除依頼の本文と対応の控えは運用終了後90日まで保存します。この期間は YouTube から得たデータを延長保存するものではありません。

Cookie・端末への保存
本ツールは利用者の端末に Cookie 等を置きません。公開ページに解析ツール、ブラウザーへの保存、外部スクリプトを使いません。第三者に広告などのコンテンツを配信させません。外部リンクを開いた先では、その提供者のポリシーが適用されます。
Google データの利用
Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従って、Google から受け取った情報を使用・他のアプリへ提供します。

hyhome 動画運用アシスタント is a private video-operations tool developed and operated by 株式会社hyhome for contracted users. Public registration is not available. The Tool uses YouTube API Services. Information we collect and how we use information
We process consultation text, specified materials needed for the answer, AI answers and processing status to answer consultations and prevent duplicate processing. For Google connections we handle credentials, the channel ID, handle-match result, verification time and scope-match result to verify the owner and authorization. We do not store full channel information such as titles or images.
Google permissions
We request both youtube.force-ssl・yt-analytics.readonly, but currently use authorization only for owner-channel matching and authorization checks. We do not retrieve or post videos or comments, or retrieve analytics.
AI processing and sharing
Required consultation text and materials are sent to OpenAI (Codex) to generate answers, with Anthropic (Claude) used as a fallback when it is unavailable. Google credentials are not sent to AI services. Our staff access information only as needed for operations, support and security. We do not sell information or use it for advertising. We do not use or transfer information obtained through YouTube API Services to develop or train generalized AI models.
Where information is stored
Consultations and answers are stored in private Lark resources and the processing ledger on a computer managed by us. Google credentials and verification records are stored in a private area for this Tool on a computer managed by us (readable and writable only by the owner), not on GitHub or public pages. Retention and deletion
Consultation text, materials, answers and processing records are retained while needed for contracted operations and reviewing their history. There is currently no automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Deletion requests can be made at the contact below. Encrypted backups are stored on the same managed computer and backups older than 31 days are periodically removed, except that the latest seven generations are retained for recovery and may be kept longer than 31 days. We also check these copies when handling deletion requests.
Google credentials and verification results are kept while needed to manage the connection. Authorization is checked periodically, at least every 30 days. Temporary communication failures alone do not establish revocation. Contact us below to revoke access or request deletion. After verifying your request and approval by the responsible manager, we revoke the Google grant and remove local credentials, verification results and discovered copies. The deadline for deleting authorized data is within 7 days of a request, or within 30 days of revocation through Google settings. Completion requires checks at each storage location. Please also contact us to request deletion of consultation records. Deletion-request text and handling records are kept until 90 days after operations end. This does not extend retention of data obtained from YouTube.

Our staff review requests and the responsible manager approves them. This is not a guarantee of automatic receipt or automatic deletion.
Cookies and device storage
The Tool does not place cookies or similar technologies on users’ devices. These public pages do not use analytics, browser storage or external scripts. The Tool does not allow third parties to serve content, including advertisements, on these pages. External websites opened through links apply their own policies.
Use of Google data
Our use and transfer to other apps of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
